Channel Partner Manager

Job Description
Responsible for growing revenue channels through building partnerships and overseeing the activities these partners w.r.t. business development and overall performance. Work with third-party vendors to ensure sales growth by introducing Etisalat Academy\xe2\x80\x99s services new clients or opportunities. Responsible for managing relationships with other internal departments within organization. This includes working with management and sales team to develop strategies for promoting Etisalat Academy\'s products and services as well as set targets for channel partners based on their individual scenario (i.e., location, market size/potential etc.). Also ensuring the channel partners have access to the tools and resources they need to achieve the set targets. Channel Partner Manager responsibilities can (but not limited to) include:
- Hunt for regional and international channel partners to promote EA\xe2\x80\x99s business.
- Developing new sales channels through strategic partnerships
- Negotiating contracts with new partners
- Providing training and support to new partner recruits to ensure they are able to effectively sell the company\xe2\x80\x99s products or services and comply to company\xe2\x80\x99s standards.
- Establishing effective working relationships with partners to foster collaboration and cooperation.
- Monitoring partner performance to ensure they are meeting sales quotas and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Motivating and coaching partner employees to help them meet their goals.
- Evaluating the performance of existing channel partners, suggesting improvements where necessary
- Establishing and maintaining effective communication with partners to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring competitor activity in the industry to identify opportunities for market share growth.
- Masters/Bachelors in Sales & Marketing or Business Administration.
- 5+ years\' of relevant corporate work experience in UAE. Preferably in training/L&D industries.
