Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for international clients.
Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Manage onboarding processes and ensure a smooth customer journey.
Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships through consistent follow-up and support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, Operations) to ensure service excellence.
Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
Keep updated on market trends and client industries.
Prepare reports on client engagement, retention, and satisfaction metrics.
Requirements:
Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably in international markets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English; additional languages (Arabic, French, Russian, Mandarin) are a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
UAE experience or familiarity with Middle Eastern business culture is preferred.
