Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for a

Client Relationship Officer

to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely and effective manner. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings as required. Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve client issues. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM system. Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate departments for further handling. Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with the resolution provided. Provide feedback to management on recurring client issues and suggest process improvements. Support initiatives to enhance the overall client experience and strengthen client relationships.

Requirements:

Proven experience in client relations, customer service, or complaints handling, preferably in the real estate industry; Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; Experience with CRM systems and MS Office applications; Fluent in

English and Arabic

; Must be available in UAE.
