Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate proposals and internal sales methods to increase mainly CTS parts business and customer satisfaction. The inside sales person plays a key role in optimizing the efficiency of parts and service business.
Process orders received, maintaining the integrity of the post sales process by acquiring the necessary POs and approvals.
Pro-actively manage and monitor orders, delivery dates and holds and escalate where appropriate.
Pro-actively provide status updates to internal and external customers on transactions and issues on a regular basis as defined by the Management
Attend to incoming customer requests and develop those into cross selling and upselling opportunities
Conduct the necessary sales process over the phone to drive sales
Prepare quotes for Spare Parts in C4C
Utilize business tools, such as C4C, iQ2, SCALA to gather necessary customer information for quoting, conduct follow-up and record activities.
Issuance of invoices and other related documents. Collaborate with logistics for customer delivery and ensure that issued invoice are receive by customer on time after the delivery.
Follow up outstanding invoices in close coordination with the Credit Controller to make sure invoices are paid on time as agreed
Coordinate with external sales engineers for supporting their customer base to meet sales targets through different marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with CTS sales team and other departments in resolving administrative issues related to spare parts.
Assist in upkeeping the installed base information and customers records in both SCALA and the C4C system
Co-ordinate telemarketing campaigns as and when required
Perform other tasks as assigned and manage projects as deemed appropriate by management, including tasks related to indirect (distributors) parts sales
Experience requirements
The successful candidate should be an energetic, well spoken, punctual and reliable with at least 2 years\' experience in inside sales role. Experience in the parts business, in prospecting and conducting sales over the phone would be an advantage for the applicant.
