Assist and support the smooth day to day running of the Talent & Culture Department and to be responsible for departmental coordination and administrative support.
Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files.
Create and maintain filing systems.
Coordinate processing of the company applications.
Generate Human Resources data reports as necessary, answer phone calls and record messages.
Create and type office correspondence.
Your experience and skills include:
Bachelor's Degree
Strong oral and written communication skills (English & Arabic)
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
