We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a
Recruiter (Entry Level)
. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who hold HR or recruitment-related certifications and want to build a strong foundation in talent acquisition and workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in posting job advertisements across online portals and social media.
Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and update records in the HRMS/ATS.
Support the onboarding process for new hires (document collection, joining formalities).
Participate in career fairs, recruitment drives, and talent sourcing campaigns.
Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and UAE labour regulations.
Collaborate with the HR and operations team to fulfill project-based and permanent staffing needs.
Qualifications & Certifications
Mandatory:
Any HR-related certificate such as:
Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP)* CIPD Level 3 or 5* SHRM Foundation or Associate Level* HR Management Certificate (from a recognized institute or college)* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office and basic familiarity with HR systems or applicant tracking software.

Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn recruitment processes.
Basic understanding of confidentiality and data protection in HR.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
