Internship Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and analytical

Business Team Intern

to join our team and help with customer research for intracity logistics needs (mainly around courier). This role offers hands-on experience in business development, primary research, and product launch while contributing to the expansion of our logistics services.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to understand SME logistics challenges and needs. Develop and propose strategic recommendations to enter the untapped market Interact with various stakeholders, including logistics managers and procurement teams, to establish partnerships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and product, to tailor solutions for enterprise clients. Support the creation of business proposals, presentations, and insights for internal and external stakeholders. Gather feedback from clients and field teams to refine acquisition strategies. Suggest and execute initiatives to drive enterprise client engagement and retention.

Qualifications and Skills:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and generate insights. A plus is proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
