Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Customer Relations & Operations Intern to join our recruitment and manpower supply division in Dubai.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, coordinating with suppliers and partner manpower agencies, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, new clients, and local/overseas manpower agencies.
Coordinate manpower requirements and ensure the timely deployment of staff.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to match client requirements with qualified candidates.
Follow up on contracts, renewals, and outstanding payments.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.Visit client sites as required
(valid UAE driving license with Car is mandatory).
Stipend Break-up - AED 500 Conveyance allowance (Basis Submission of bills on actuals), AED 1500 Fixed Stipend
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
