ROLE:
Within the Intermodal Department of our Regional Office, you are in charge of coordinating and developing the intermodal activity in your area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reporting to the ILS Manager, you animate the network of agencies / ILS. As such, you participate in the definition of the objectives of the year for TEU\'s and Carrier Haulage and ensure compliance with these objectives.
• Responsible for leading complex commercial projects in an environment with multiple stakeholders. The overall objective being to improve and grow the organization\'s market position, ease operational & logistics pain points and promote financial growth.
• Be a regional focal point of accountability/coordination for the success of business development projects and main point of contact for reporting to DRO/HO management
• Be responsible for ensuring alignment between all stakeholders, externally as well as internally
• Interaction with local authorities to maintain constant contact and allow for the progress of files etc.
• Participate in identifying, screening, evaluating and developing business development projects and ensuring an ongoing and robust pipeline of new opportunities (CFS, new services, digital developments etc.)
• Develop recommendations for attractiveness of investments and recommendations on business plan and budget
• Elaboration of business plans in relation with local agencies, DRO and HO relevant departments (CCIS, Logistics, Intermodal, Lines etc.)
• Monitor and identify any threats to projects due to lack of progress with effective and timely remedial actions
• Ensure that economic and business assessments are made and continuously followed up on to ensure business case viability
• Developing a good regional knowledge of market conditions, players and the market environment

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduated with a master\'s in commerce or management, you have gained a first experience in the logistics, intermodal and / or transportation field. You are fluent in English and are used to working in an international environment. You have a good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, IT tools, and if possible QlikView. Your interpersonal skills, good communication skills and your qualities of self-reliance, organization and coordination are key assets to carry out the tasks of this position.
