We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and grow our interiors fit-out business. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven track record in securing high-value interior fit-out projects across commercial, residential, or hospitality sectors.
Salary: AED 6,000 to 10,000 plus commissions (Car, Fuel, Salik, SIM)
Requirements include:
5 to 8 years of experience in interior fit-out sales or business development
Strong industry network and proven track record in securing projects
Strong network of contacts within real estate, construction, and interior design sectors.
UAE experience with a valid driving license
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field
