About the Role:

We are seeking a client-focused and detail-oriented

Interior Projects Consultant

to oversee and support the planning, coordination, and execution of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients, design teams, contractors, and authorities, ensuring smooth project delivery in line with design intent, timelines, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact with clients, providing design and project-related consultation. Coordinate between design, technical, procurement, and site teams to ensure project milestones are achieved. Assist in preparing proposals, BOQs, and project presentations. Review and interpret interior design drawings and specifications. Ensure compliance with authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Civil Defence, Trakhees, etc.). Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to timelines. Advise clients on design solutions, materials, and finishes aligned with project budgets. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and updates. Support project managers in risk assessment, issue resolution, and change management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in interior design/fit-out project consulting. Strong understanding of UAE fit-out regulations and authority approvals. Excellent communication and client management skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office; knowledge of design software is an advantage. Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and manage projects under tight deadlines.

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
