Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Design and Fit-Out Project Manager to lead planning, design, and execution of both new and enhancement architecture and interior projects in Dubai. This role involves managing the full lifecycle from concept development to handover, with a strong emphasis on design development, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in design management and project execution, particularly in fit-out and refurbishment works.

What You'll Do

• Oversee end-to-end planning, budgeting, and design execution for architecture and fit-out projects
• Manage design development stages from concept through to detailed design and delivery
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure design intent and quality standards are met
• Supervise refurbishment and interior fit-out works with focus on time, cost, and client satisfaction
• Ensure all design and execution activities align with project objectives, client requirements, and regulatory compliance
• Conduct risk assessments, resolve design conflicts, and support decision-making throughout the project lifecycle
• Drive quality assurance across design outputs and built execution

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in design management and project execution
• Proven expertise in architecture and interior fit-out projects, from design development to site handover
• Strong skills in risk analysis, quality control, and decision-making under pressure
• Excellent understanding of project management methodologies specific to refurbishment and fit-out
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure alignment across disciplines
