We are looking for an Experienced

Interior Fit-Out Supervisor

to Oversee and Manage Interior Fit-Out Projects from Inception to Completion. The Ideal Candidate will ensure work is Executed as per Approved Drawings, Specifications, and Timelines while maintaining High-Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise Day-to-Day Site Activities and Manage Site Workers & Subcontractors. Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, and Clients. Review and Interpret Technical Drawings and Specifications. Monitor Project Progress and Prepare Daily/Weekly Site Reports. Ensure Compliance with Safety Regulations and Quality Standards. Manage Materials, Tools, and Equipment required for Site Works. Address and Resolve any on-site issues or delays.

Requirements:



Minimum 5 years of Experience as an Interior Fit-Out Supervisor in the UAE. Strong knowledge of Interior Fit-Out works. Ability to Read and Interpret Drawings and BOQ. Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills. UAE driving license (preferred). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
