Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise full interior fit-out project lifecycles - from concept to completion.
Read and interpret detailed drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors for timely and quality execution.
Monitor site progress, quality control, and compliance with design standards.
Prepare material submittals, procurement schedules, and work programs.
Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and safety protocols.
Requirements:
Proven experience (3+ years) in interior fit-out or turnkey projects.
Strong understanding of joinery, MEP coordination, and civil works.
Ability to handle multiple projects independently.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and project management tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Must have a valid
Freelance Visa
and be currently based in Dubai.
Preferred Skills:
Interior Design or Architecture background.
Knowledge of local authority approvals and regulations (Dubai Municipality, DCD, etc.)
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
