Position: Project Controller

Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and resources
Track project progress and ensure alignment with budgets and deadlines
Coordinate with site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Prepare project reports and documentation for management
Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in project control within the interior fit-out or construction industry
Strong understanding of project cost control, scheduling, and risk management
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
