We are seeking a highly skilled

Interior Fit-Out Project Manager

to independently manage and lead our interior fit-out division. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in executing commercial, residential, and retail fit-out projects within the UAE, with a proven ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the interior fit-out division independently. Oversee end-to-end project management including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines. Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation. Manage procurement of materials and ensure cost control. Resolve technical issues and provide effective solutions during project execution. Ensure successful handover of completed projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. 5-10 years of proven UAE experience in interior fit-out project management. Strong knowledge of local authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, Civil Defense, etc.). Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills. Ability to manage multiple projects independently. Valid UAE driving license preferred.
