Review project scope, drawings, and specifications.
Develop Concept drawings and coordinate with design team to produce 3D and 2D drawings.
Develop detailed project schedules with timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and design teams before site mobilization.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
2. Team Coordination
Assign tasks to site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
Ensure clear communication between all stakeholders - client, consultants, main contractor, and suppliers.
Conduct regular coordination meetings and progress reviews.
3. Execution and Supervision
Oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure timely and quality execution.
Ensure adherence to approved designs, specifications, and standards.
4. Resource Management
Manage manpower planning
Coordinate with procurement team and track deliveries.
Control wastage and ensure optimal use of resources.
5. Quality Control
Implement quality control procedures.
Conduct inspections at key stages.
Coordinate snagging and de-snagging processes.
Ensure final finishes meet client and consultant expectations.
6. Cost Control and Budget Management
Monitor project costs and ensure work stays within budget.
Review and approve subcontractor bills and supplier invoices.
Prepare and submit variation claims and justifications when necessary.
7. Client and Consultant Coordination
Act as the main point of contact for the client and consultant.
Provide regular updates and attend progress meetings.
Handle approvals, change requests, and resolve site issues promptly.
8. Documentation
Monitor daily site activities and progress reports.
Assist the team on submission of progress reports, photographs, and completion documents.
Assist the team to prepare handover documents, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals.
9. Project Handover
Coordinate testing, commissioning, and final inspections.
Ensure completion of all punch-list items.
Handover the site in line with client satisfaction and project close-out standards.
