To plan, coordinate, and supervise interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency in alignment with project specifications and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
Review and implement approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones.
Prepare and monitor project progress, material procurement, and manpower allocation.
Ensure all materials and workmanship meet required quality and safety standards.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or construction issues promptly.
Manage subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and project handover completion.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
is required. (mandatory).
6 - 8 years of experience
in
interior fit-out projects in the UAE
(commercial, retail, office, or hospitality sectors preferred).
Strong technical knowledge of interior finishes, joinery works, and MEP coordination.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools (MS Project / Primavera preferred).
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Membership in local authorities and the Society of Engineers (UAE)
