We are seeking a competent and organized

Interior Fit-Out Project Engineer

to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling technical coordination, documentation, and overall project support, ensuring successful execution of interior fit-out works in collaboration with site and office teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate between design, procurement, and execution teams to align project timelines Prepare project schedules, shop drawings, material submittals, and documentation Review and ensure compliance of drawings with client requirements and authority regulations Maintain records of RFIs, MIRs, WIRs, submittals, approvals, and all project correspondence Track project progress, prepare status reports, and assist in cost and variation control Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and consultants for timely submissions and deliverables Support site engineers in resolving technical and coordination issues Assist with authority approvals (Dubai Municipality, DCD, DEWA, etc.)

Requirements:

3-5 years of UAE experience in

interior fit-out

, preferably commercial/office projects Sound knowledge of materials, finishes, joinery, and MEP integration Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project (Primavera is a plus) Familiar with local authority regulations (DM, DCD, DEWA, etc.) Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously PMP certification (preferred but not mandatory)
