Duties & Responsibility: \xe2\x80\xa2 Production planning, scheduling, quality assurance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Management of a pricing/budget & project Delivery on time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervising the production process, drawing up a production schedule and etc \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing all work and providing a timeline for production * * Always keep team intact by hiring new workers as required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervising and motivating a team of workers * * Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations overseeing the whole production of all products within the factory.
- Managing and scheduling in-house productions.
- Discussion with Project Cordinators Engineers regarding the production schedule and technicality of the scope of works.
- Responsible for the performance and quality output in the factory.
- Facilitating process and quality improvements across manufacturing operations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the finished product is as per the dimension mentioned in the approved drawings & quality standards.
