Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented

Fit-Out / Interior Estimator

with a minimum of

1 year of experience

in estimating interior, joinery, and fit-out projects. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, material take-offs, and coordinating with suppliers, clients, and the technical team to ensure competitive tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities

Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate cost estimates. Prepare

BOQ (Bill of Quantities)

and

material take-offs

for all civil, MEP, joinery, and finishing works. Collect and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure competitive pricing. Analyze project risks, budgets, timelines, and provide value engineering options. Coordinate with the design, engineering, and project teams for clarification on drawings or project requirements. Assist in preparing cost breakdowns, tender submissions, and pricing schedules. Maintain an updated database of suppliers, subcontractors, and material prices. Support the procurement team for pricing and material selections. Participate in site visits when required to assess project scope and conditions. Ensure all estimations comply with project specifications, industry standards, and company guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum

1 year experience

in

fit-out, interior design, or construction estimation

. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related field. Strong knowledge of

fit-out materials, finishes, joinery, and MEP basics

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software

(if applicable). Strong analytical and numerical skills. Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tender deadlines.

Residence Visa/Dependent Visa or Spouse Visa preferred

Preferred Experience

Experience in UAE fit-out industry (retail, commercial, residential, hospitality). Familiarity with local suppliers and pricing trends. Exposure to tendering for both small and large-scale projects.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
