MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :

Must have experience in estimation of interior fitout (Civil & MEP) & joinery UAE experience of 1-2 years minimum.
:

-Ensure all aspects of the project have been included.

-Interpret specifications, price tenders, and preparation of contract documents.

-Analyses drawings, and prepares BOQ with specifications.

-Prepare the estimation with a detailed break up possibly using estimation models and tools.

-Coordinate with subcontractors to get the price for various elements within the project.

-Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.

-Manage documentation, billings, variations etc for consultants and PM

-Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, specifications, and related documents.

-Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.

-Presents prepared estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.

-Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

-Understanding drawings and joinery technical details.

-prepare progress claims, variations, and omission reports.

In addition to being excellent communicators, candidates should also be detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills.
Qualification:-

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural or relevant field. Proficient in mathematics and IT abilities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
