We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Interior Fit-Out Estimator

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates (BOQ), analyzing project requirements, and supporting the business development team in pricing and tender submissions for interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

:

Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQ
Perform quantity take-offs and material/labor cost analysis
Solicit and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
Develop and maintain an accurate cost database for various interior materials and finishes
Support the project team with budget planning and value engineering
Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure alignment on scope and pricing
Prepare and submit tender documents, including technical and commercial proposals.

Requirements

:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture, or a related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in interior fit-out estimation in Qatar (commercial, Showrooms, retail, F&B, Office, hospitality projects preferred)
Strong knowledge of materials, joinery works, MEP coordination, and finishes
Proficiency in estimation software, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project.
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
