Our client is a luxury interiors retailer and as part of their growth, we are recruiting a UAE experienced interiors fit out site inspector to join their Dubai team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for pre-installation and post installation site inspections on customer premises.
Candidates must have experience of site inspection gained in luxury European brand furniture, kitchen and bathroom interiors.
UAE driving license is mandatory.

Role Summary
- Conduct pre-installation and post installation inspections covering measurements and site readiness surveys and quality checks of workmanship to mitigate risks and delays for fit out works to commence work and ensure timely handover to customers.
- Monitor project progress against the scheduled project plan and action discrepancies.
- Monitor project compliance and progress in line with design specifications and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of installation and work change activities including project progress and team effectiveness.
- Issue snag lists and ensure the resolution of all outstanding issues prior to final sign off CQC.
- Provide recommendations for process and installation improvement operating procedures.
- 7 \xe2\x80\x93 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in interior fit out site inspection and quality checks with the ability to read MEP and AutoCAD drawings during the entire project lifecycle.
- Strong experience in the timely resolution of installation issues.
- Proficient use of CRM systems.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Currently living in the United Arab Emirates \xe2\x80\x93 must be able to live and work in Dubai.
- Fluent in English.
- Professional interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem solving skills.
