About the Role:

Asian Mold Craft International Decor is seeking a highly experienced

Estimator

with strong expertise in

Interior Fit-Out

and

Architectural Engineering

. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of

5 years UAE experience

in estimation for interior projects and must currently be

available in the UAE

.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate

cost estimates

,

BOQs

, and

material take-offs

for interior fit-out projects Analyze drawings, specifications, and project scope to determine project costs Coordinate with engineering, design, and procurement teams for price validations Conduct site visits when required to assess project conditions Prepare tender submissions, technical proposals, and pricing documents Review and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations Maintain updated database of supplier pricing and material costs Support project managers and management during pre-contract and post-contract stages Prepare value engineering options to improve overall project cost efficiency

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of relevant Estimation experience in the UAE

Experience

must be in Interior Fit-Out industry only

(mandatory) Bachelor's degree in

Architectural Engineering

or a related discipline Strong knowledge of

AutoCAD, MS Office, estimation software

, and reading drawings Excellent understanding of UAE market rates and supplier pricing Strong analytical and negotiation skills Must be currently

based in UAE

and available for immediate interview Excellent communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with joinery, gypsum, glass works, partitions, flooring, ceilings, and interior materials Awareness of UAE codes and standards Ability to work in fast-paced project timelines
