, managing projects from initial concept through to successful completion.Key Responsibilities
Interior space planning, concept development, and
3D design visualization
Manage projectsfrom concept to handover
, including site coordination Client interaction, presentations, and requirement management Coordinate withsuppliers, subcontractors, and contractors
Assist inBOQ preparation, cost estimation, and material specifications
Oversee site progress, quality control, timelines, and execution Ensure projects are delivered withinapproved budget, scope, and schedule
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as an
Interior Designer with Project Management exposure
Strong skills inspace planning, 3D design, and design detailing
Knowledge of fit-out execution, materials, and site processes Ability to manage clients, vendors, and multiple stakeholders Experience in BOQ preparation and basic project estimation Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar)What We're Looking For
