About the Role:
We're looking for a driven
Architect & Interior Design Manager
to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you'll oversee the full design process--from concept development and client presentations to execution and delivery--for both architecture and interiors. You'll blend creative leadership with technical know-how and a passion for great spaces.What You'll Do:
Lead design strategy and execution across architectural and interior projects Collaborate with clients, consultants, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle Create mood boards, concept drawings, layouts, and technical documentation Supervise a small team of designers and ensure deadlines and budgets are met Select materials, finishes, and furniture (FF&E) aligned with project goals Stay current with trends in sustainability, innovation, and spatial design
What You Bring:
Bachelor's/Master's in Architecture or Interior Design 5+ years experience in a similar role (preferably in both architecture and interiors) Strong portfolio showing design thinking, versatility, and execution Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite Project leadership experience and excellent client communication skills
