We're looking for a driven

Architect & Interior Design Manager

to join our team who will oversee the full design process from concept development and client presentations to execution and delivery for both architecture and interiors. As Design Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from concept through tender stage and project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the interior design efforts for Interior Fit-out projects, ensuring the highest standards of design, quality, and craftsmanship. Oversee all interior design phases, from concept development through to project completion, ensuring alignment with the client's vision, luxury standards, and project objectives. Creativity, leadership, and technical expertise to manage large-scale Interior Fit-out projects, working closely with clients, consultants, and project teams. Provide strategic leadership to the interior design team, ensuring the seamless delivery of all design phases from concept through construction. Project Coordination & Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, MEP teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that interior design elements integrate smoothly with the overall project design. Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on all interior design matters, understanding their expectations and ensuring the design exceeds them. Present interior design concepts, mood boards, material selections, and progress updates to clients, incorporating their feedback while maintaining the integrity of the luxury design vision. Prepare and review cost estimates for interior design elements, ensuring selections align with project budgets and financial objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in interiors / fit out design management, with at least 2 years focused on high profile projects.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in interior design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other visualization tools. Strong knowledge of luxury materials, finishes, and bespoke furnishings, including international sourcing and procurement.

License/Certification:

UAE Driving License (Required)
