Currently we are looking for an experienced Interior Designer to join our team. Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in interior fit-out company is mandatory. Job Responsibilities: \xc3\x98 Develop initial ideas and acquire key information about potential projects, discuss requirements in detail with clients (the brief); \xc3\x98 Understand clients\' needs and the needs of the people using the new space or existing to develop design concepts and establish final briefs; \xc3\x98 Consider materials and costs according to set budgets and negotiate project fees; \xc3\x98 Conduct feasibility studies for projects; \xc3\x98 Research and gather information and photographs relating to the project; \xc3\x98 Produce \'sample\' or \'mood\' boards to present to clients; \xc3\x98 Discuss with team to source products, e.g. fittings, furniture, lighting, finishes, decoration and furnishing, and provide samples for clients; \xc3\x98 Prepare detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models and schemes, often using computer-aided design (CAD) software; \xc3\x98 Survey existing or new office space; \xc3\x98 Work in a team with other designers; \xc3\x98 Supervise work at the design stage and on-site; \xc3\x98 Work closely with quantity surveyors to establish costs and work schedules on larger projects, with architects and other design professionals to determine the best use of space, and with manufacturers and contractors; \xc3\x98 Keep up to date with new developments in the design industry. \xc3\x98 In addition, you may also sometimes act as a project manager for the client throughout the construction stage.
