Must be able to join immediately.
Must have 3-5 years of experience in an interior fit-out company.
Must possess excellent technical skills in softwares such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other design tools.
Prepare architectural drawings, primarily for joinery and interior fit-out, for authority approval.
Create concept drawings and conduct site visits as needed.
Take accurate site measurements and calculate the sizes and quantities of materials required.
Follow specifications and perform calculations to create various technical drawings.
Prepare both rough sketches and detailed work using CAD systems.
Responsible for preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings for consultant approval and contracting.
Prepare architectural drawings, primarily for joinery and interior fit-out, for authority approval.
Prepare, review, and revise drawings in collaboration with the engineering team.
Ensure final designs comply with building regulations.
Develop detailed shop drawings based on concept designs for production.
Coordinate with production managers, project managers, and designers to gather necessary technical details and changes.
