Communicate directly with clients to ensure satisfaction and design alignment.
Supervise site workers and coordinate day-to-day project progress.
Ensure all materials, finishes, and details meet the approved design.
Manage timelines, contractors, and subcontractors effectively.
Prepare regular progress reports and maintain clear communication with management.
Resolve technical and site challenges promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of practical experience in the UAE
interior design and fit-out field.
Strong knowledge of materials, paints, lighting, and furniture.
Proficient in
AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Photoshop
.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
UAE driving license .
Ability to handle multiple projects and site visits.
