As we continue to grow, we are looking for a

Senior Interior Designer

to join our dynamic team and help bring our creative visions to life.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the interior design process from concept through to execution for commercial, retail, and F&B fit-out projects. Develop creative and functional design concepts in line with client requirements, brand identity, and budget constraints. Produce mood boards, space plans, 3D visuals, and detailed design presentations. Oversee the preparation of technical drawings, joinery details, material selections, and FF&E specifications. Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, consultants, and site teams to ensure design integrity is maintained throughout execution. Attend client meetings, site visits, and coordination sessions. Ensure all designs comply with local regulations and health and safety standards. Mentor junior designers and contribute to team development.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Minimum

4+ years

of experience in interior design, with at least

3 years in the UAE

, specifically in

commercial, retail, and F&B fit-out

. Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of successfully delivered interior projects. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D visualization tools (e.g., 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion). In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, furnishings, and local suppliers. Strong communication, presentation, and project coordination skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with UAE building codes, municipality regulations, and authority approvals.
