Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and experienced

Interior Designer

to join our team, specializing in

interior fit-out

for commercial, corporate, retail, and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will have

7-8

years of experience in the UAE

, with a strong understanding of local market dynamics, authority requirements, and design aesthetics. This role requires both

creative leadership

and

technical expertise

, with a strong focus on

concept development

and design execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the interior design process from

concept to completion

, including concept development, space planning, material selection, and detailed design. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to

understand project briefs and deliver creative solutions

aligned with project goals. Prepare and present

design concepts, mood boards, material boards, sketches, and 3D visualizations

for client approval. Oversee the development of

detailed drawings

, and BOQs in coordination with technical teams. Ensure that designs are compliant with

UAE regulations, authority guidelines

, and project specifications. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to maintain

design integrity

during execution. Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall

creative and quality standards

of the design department. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor design implementation and resolve on-site design challenges.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in interior design or architecture from a recognized university.

7-8

years of UAE experience

in interior design, with

at least 5 years in the UAE

interior fit-out industry. Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work in commercial, retail, hospitality, or corporate interiors. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape). Excellent understanding of design trends, finishes, materials, and furniture available in the UAE market. Familiarity with UAE authority approval processes (Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, etc.). Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
