Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for commercial, residential, and hospitality spaces. Prepare mood boards, presentations, material selections, and FF&E specifications. Create detailed interior layout plans, elevations, sections, and 3D renderings. Collaborate with the in-house fit-out team to ensure seamless integration of design and execution. Prepare BOQs, material submittals, and coordinate with suppliers/vendors. Conduct site visits, supervise fit-out work, and ensure adherence to design specifications. Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and provide design solutions. Work closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the design and fit-out process. Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in interior design with a strong focus on interior fit-outs in the UAE/GCC market. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office. Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques. Strong project management and site coordination experience. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and presentation skills. UAE driving license is a plus.
