Interior Designer with strong sales acumen
to join our dynamic environment and support the growth of our property and furnishing solutions division.
Role Overview:
As an
Interior Designer (with Sales Expertise)
at PSI, you will combine creativity with commercial awareness to design elegant, functional spaces that meet client needs while also playing a key role in driving revenue through design-related sales.
You'll collaborate with property owners, buyers, and investors to deliver design proposals that enhance the value and appeal of their spaces, supporting PSI's mission to offer end-to-end property and lifestyle solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Project Delivery
Meet with clients to understand their style preferences, needs, and project budgets.
Develop design concepts, mood boards, and layout plans aligned with client objectives.
Select and source materials, furniture, lighting, and accessories suitable for the design vision.
Prepare and present 2D/3D visualizations and detailed design proposals.
Supervise on-site installations to ensure designs are executed accurately and on time.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely and quality project completion.
Sales & Business Development
Engage new clients and generate business opportunities through property viewings, referrals, and PSI's sales team leads.
Present design concepts persuasively to close deals and secure furnishing or design contracts.
Negotiate pricing, timelines, and deliverables with clients.
Collaborate with PSI's real estate agents to enhance property presentation and sales potential.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Monitor project profitability and track design-to-sale performance metrics.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in
Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong
portfolio of completed residential or commercial projects.
Demonstrated experience in
sales, client conversion, or business development
, ideally within interior design, real estate, or luxury goods.
Proficient in design software such as
AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop
, or similar tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to balance
creative design and business goals.
