We are seeking a talented and passionate Interior Designer/Sales professional to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. This role requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members. As an Interior Designer/Sales professional, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, creating innovative design concepts, and driving sales growth through exceptional customer service and design expertise.
Responsibilities: * Engage with clients to understand their design preferences, functional requirements, and budget constraints, ensuring a personalized experience.

• Create and present detailed design proposals, including mood boards, color schemes, and 3D renderings that accurately reflect the client's vision.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source materials, furnishings, and accessories that align with the design concept and budget.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the design process, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate existing conditions and ensure proper execution of design plans.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide clients with innovative design solutions.
• Collaborate with contractors and other professionals to ensure seamless implementation of design projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, leading to repeat business and referrals.
• Utilize social media and marketing strategies to promote design services and showcase completed projects.

Preferred Candidate: * A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous design work.

• Proven experience in interior design and sales, preferably within the UAE market.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• A creative mindset with a passion for design and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of current design trends, materials, and sustainable practices.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Salary range: between 6000 and 8000 AED + commision on sales.
