We are hiring an experienced Interior Designer who can take full ownership of residential and commercial interior design projects from concept to completion.
This role requires not just creative vision, but excellent communication and leadership skills to manage both clients and remote design teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead interior design projects from A to Z, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and present design concepts
Manage and coordinate a remote team of designers and vendors (ukrainian team)
Oversee procurement and purchasing of furniture, lighting, finishes, and materials
Perform regular site visits and supervise the implementation (author supervision)
Manage timelines, budgets, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer or Architect
Minimum 1 year of experience managing full-cycle projects, including author supervision
Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction processes
Fluent in English (mandatory)
Fluency in Russian or Ukrainian (mandatory)
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Portfolio demonstrating full-cycle projects is required.
