Job Title: Interior Designer

:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating high-quality visual designs for commercial office spaces and private villas. This role involves developing detailed shop drawings, managing supplier relationships, and overseeing both office and site works to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Create innovative and high-quality visual designs for commercial office interiors and private villas that meet client specifications and enhance functionality. Develop detailed shop drawings and specifications for design implementation. Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Oversee and coordinate both office tasks and site work to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert guidance and recommendations. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications. Prepare and present design proposals, including mood boards and 3D renderings, to clients and stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and design technologies to incorporate best practices into projects.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a focus on commercial office and private villa projects. Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual designs and completed projects. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite). Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, suppliers, and team members. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Relevant educational background in Interior Design or Architecture.
Salary: (AED 4000-AED 7000)
