About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technically proficient

Architect / Interior Designer

to join our dynamic team. This role involves concept development, technical drawing production, client interaction, and project execution, especially for healthcare and high-end interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. Develop and present detailed

design concepts

, mood boards, layouts, and material palettes for residential and commercial spaces. Select and source furniture, lighting, textiles, and accessories to align with the overall design vision. Produce

floor plans

,

2D and 3D renderings

, and

technical drawings

using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. Create documentation for

health authority submissions

and ensure regulatory compliance throughout the design process. Manage

project timelines, budgets

, and

resources

to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery. Oversee

site implementation and installations

, ensuring alignment with design intent and construction standards. Stay current with

design trends

, innovative materials, and industry developments. Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Minimum

3 years of professional experience

in interior design or architecture, preferably in healthcare, residential, or commercial sectors. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite

, and preferably Revit or similar tools. Strong grasp of

design principles

, space planning, and color theory. Excellent

communication

negotiation

skills. Strong

attention to detail

, time management, and organizational abilities. Ability to

work independently

and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in

Interior Design
