Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative

Interior Designer - Fit-Out

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, selecting materials, and managing fit-out implementation on-site. You will collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams to deliver high-quality interiors that meet aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements.

Key Responsibilities:Design & Concept Development

Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts in line with client requirements and brand standards. Prepare mood boards, sketches, space planning, and 3D visualizations. Select furniture, finishes, materials, and color schemes.

Technical Documentation

Create detailed interior drawings including layouts, elevations, sections, and joinery details using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools. Prepare FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) schedules and material boards. Ensure design documentation complies with local regulations and standards.

Project Coordination & Fit-Out

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders during the design and execution phases. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality of work aligns with design specifications. Resolve design-related issues and propose solutions during construction and fit-out stages.

Client Management

Attend client meetings and present design proposals. Interpret client needs and translate them into design concepts. Provide updates on design progress and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. [2-5+] years of experience in interior design and fit-out, preferably in [residential / commercial / hospitality] projects. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office. Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction techniques. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Knowledge of local building codes, health & safety standards, and fit-out processes.
