Property Shop Investment (PSI) is currently expanding its Design Team and is again back with hiring for as Interior Designer -FF Specialist with strong UAE experience to join us in Abu Dhabi.

Job Location : Abudhabi

We are looking for creative, confident, and well-presented professionals with a solid background in project management, space planning, and landscaping, who can independently handle projects from concept to final handover.

Collaborate with clients to develop FF&E and OS&E concepts aligned with client requirements. Prepare mood boards, color/material boards, and client presentations. Create 2D AutoCAD layouts, rendered 2D layouts (3D concept if needed) to illustrate design Research, select, and specify furniture, fixtures, equipment, and operational supplies suitable for project style, functionality, and budget Source products from local and international suppliers (or through PSI Loyalty Program), ensuring quality, availability, and lead times Prepare and review detailed schedules, including item descriptions, dimensions, materials, finishes, and pricing from the vendors Support the interior designers and architects in selecting the FF&E suitable for the design mood, and review shop drawings and samples approved by the design team, to ensure the best alignment with FF&E Selections Maintain updated project documentation, including specifications (data sheets), purchase orders, and installation instructions Coordinate delivery schedules with vendors to ensure timely installation, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards on site Address and resolve any issues related to design discrepancies, defects, or supplier delays Maintain regular communication with clients, presenting design updates, procurement options, and timelines.
What We're Looking for

Strong communication skills in English & Arabic Based in the UAE (immediate joiners or short notice preferred) Proven experience in interior design FF&E, fit-out execution, and team handling. Presentable, confident, and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
