Develop detailed
BIM models
for interior spaces in compliance with project standards and guidelines. Prepareshop drawings, layout plans, sections, elevations
, joinery details, ceiling plans, and interior material schedules. Coordinate interior models witharchitectural, structural, and MEP models
to identify and resolve clashes usingNavisworks / Revit
. Review, update, and maintain BIM models throughout project phases (Design, Construction, As-Built). Participate indesign coordination meetings
and communicate with consultants/clients for drawing clarifications. Ensure all drawings comply withlocal authority standards
and project specifications. Support the design/ID team in delivering documentation within project timelines. Prepareas-built drawings
and update models based on site changes and approvals.Job Type: Full-time
