We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Interior Designer cum Architect

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the interior and architectural aspects of residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. This role demands a blend of creative vision, technical precision, and project management skills to deliver aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces that align with client expectations and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Duties:

Develop architectural designs from concept to completion. Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications using CAD and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit). Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure cohesive project execution. Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies. Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices. Supervise on-site construction activities and provide technical guidance when required.

Interior Design Duties:

Develop and present interior design concepts, mood boards, and material samples. Space planning and layout design considering functionality, aesthetics, and safety. Select furniture, fixtures, finishes, colour schemes, lighting, and other decorative items. Create 3D renderings and walkthroughs for client presentations. Work closely with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to source materials and furnishings. Ensure timely execution of interior works as per approved designs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design. Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and materials. Excellent creative, visualization, and presentation skills. Strong project management and communication abilities. Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
