Job Title:

Interior Designer

1. Responsibilities

Attend client meetings to understand project requirements, style preferences, and functional needs. Develop the initial space plan and layout options based on the client's brief. Create 3D visualizations that communicate the design concept accurately. Prepare and revise client presentations including layouts, 3D visuals, and mood/material boards. Ensure materials and furniture choices align with the overall design intent and budget. Follow up and coordinate with suppliers for samples, quotations, and availability, ensuring selections meet project budget and schedule. Work closely with the drafting team to ensure drawings reflect the approved design and dimensions accurately. Maintain organized project folders with layouts, renders, and material references. Prepare BOQs or basic item lists for internal use or client submission. Keep track of revisions and approvals at each design stage. Conduct necessary site visits to verify site conditions and ensure the design is being followed.

2. Requirements / Skills

3-4 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably within residential and commercial projects. Bachelor's degree in

Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field

. Proven experience developing layouts, 3D visualizations, and material selections. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Render, and Photoshop

. Strong understanding of space planning, materials, and furniture selections. Basic knowledge of

BOQ preparation

or basic item lists. Arabic language skills are a plus.

3. Preferable

Experience with

. Bachelor's degree specifically in

. Portfolio demonstrating

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
