Looking for Interior Designer & Project coordinator, who can immediately join our design team. Experience: 1 to 3 years UAE experience in working with fit-out contractors /Interior companies. Requirements : Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans Work closely with Design Managers, Project Managers & Site engineers analytical and problem-solving skills having Interior Design/Civil Engineering/Architectural qualification Management of the project's material requirements. Providing weekly progress report to management. Maintains timelines & achieves quality standards Performs other duties as may be necessary to achieve Management objectives. Making sure Design implementation is in line with Scope + Design works. Supervise pre-engineering works team shop drawings Coordinate with the Project execution team, Overseeing all types of drawings (Architectural, structural, MEP due to interior design solutions conformity & tender). Creating architectural designs and highly detailed 2D sketches for submittal to the team both by using specialist computer-design (CAD) applications. Must be able to develop enhanced architectural features and proficient in CAD design and developing rendering design. Computer Applications Knowledge ( AutoCAD, MS Office),3D MAX, Sketchup, Lumion, V-ray, etc. Ability to coordinate different drawings together like civil, structural, and MEP. Ability to work on MEP drawing is a plus Experience:

• Interior Design and Fit-out work: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

• Degree / Diploma in Interior Designing or Architecture
