As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces. You'll work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to bring design concepts to life and ensure that all projects meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, preferences, and budget constraints Develop conceptual designs, mood boards, material palettes, and presentations Create detailed floor plans, 3D renderings, and technical drawings using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) Select and source furniture, materials, fixtures, and finishes Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables from concept through to installation Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design implementation Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design integrity and quality Stay current on industry trends, materials, and innovations Present design proposals to clients and revise based on feedback Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field 4 years of experience in interior design (residential and/or commercial) Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) Strong portfolio demonstrating design ability and project experience Excellent communication, presentation, and client service skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainable design practices
