We are seeking a highly talented and client-focused

Interior Designer / Sales Executive

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have

strong creative and technical skills

combined with

sales expertise

, and be fluent in

Arabic

to effectively engage with clients in the region. A minimum of

5+ years of proven experience

in interior design and client handling within the

luxury fit-out or architectural industry

is required.

This role bridges

design vision and client needs

-- from conceptualization to presentation and closing deals -- ensuring each project reflects the client's lifestyle and expectations while maintaining the company's high standards of quality and design excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Sales

Meet with clients to understand their requirements, style preferences, and project objectives. Present creative design proposals and solutions tailored to client needs and budgets. Lead client meetings and presentations with confidence and professionalism. Prepare and deliver design proposals, mood boards, and quotations that align with project goals. Follow up with clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, and stakeholders to generate repeat business and referrals.

Design & Visualization

Create

conceptual designs, space planning, and detailed drawings

using

AutoCAD

. Develop

3D visualizations and renderings

using

3ds Max

and

Corona Renderer

for high-quality presentations. Use

AI design tools

to enhance visual storytelling, optimize design workflows, and present innovative solutions. Collaborate with the design, technical, and project teams to ensure the feasibility and accuracy of proposed designs. Prepare material selections, sample boards, and finish schedules to present to clients.

Coordination & Delivery

Coordinate closely with site teams to ensure design intent is executed accurately. Support the project team during execution and handover, ensuring client expectations are met. Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

. Minimum

5 years of experience

in interior design and client-facing sales roles.

Fluent in Arabic

(English proficiency is a strong advantage). Advanced proficiency in:

AutoCAD

- technical drawings and space planning

3ds Max & Corona Renderer

- professional 3D visualizations and realistic renderings

AI tools

- design enhancement, visualization, and presentation Strong understanding of design principles, materials, finishes, and luxury interiors. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong client relationship management and project follow-up abilities. Highly creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about design and client satisfaction.
