We are currently looking for an experienced and results-driven
Interior Design Sales Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in interior design sales and a passion for helping clients transform spaces. You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales in both residential and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling
Conduct client meetings to understand their interior design needs, style preferences, and budgets
Present design proposals, mood boards, and material samples tailored to client requirements
Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure seamless execution of client vision
Follow up with clients throughout the sales cycle and after project completion
Prepare quotations, sales contracts, and documentation as needed
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design and furnishings
Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools
Requirements:
3-4 years of proven experience in interior design or furniture sales
Strong understanding of interior design concepts, finishes, and materials
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience preferred
Knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or a related field preferred
