On-Site Measurement and Assessment:
Conduct accurate measurements at client sites.
Evaluate spaces and discuss client requirements.
Design Proposal and Presentation:
Prepare and present professional design concepts and proposals.
Provide clients with design options, materials, and solution recommendations.
Quotation and Order Confirmation:
Prepare accurate quotations based on measurements and design plans.
Follow up with clients to confirm and finalize orders.
Marketing and Business Development:
Promote the company's services through online and offline channels.
Develop strategies to expand the client base and generate new business opportunities.
Performance Targets:
Achieve monthly/quarterly client acquisition and order goals.
Complete at least [number] of client orders during the probation period.
Collaboration:
Work closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Job Requirements
Educational Background:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Professional Skills:
Strong understanding of design principles and renovation projects.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar tools.
Ability to prepare professional presentations and design proposals.
Work Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in interior design, client communication, or sales in the renovation/construction industry.
Experience in client meetings, on-site measurements, and quotation preparation is preferred.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused, proactive, and result-oriented.
Able to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Language Proficiency:
Fluent in English and/or Arabic.
Knowledge of Chinese is an Mandatory
