Maklad Design

is expanding our team, and we are looking for a

confident, driven, and well-connected Female Interior Design Sales Executive

to join us on a

commission-only basis

.

This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, target-driven, and passionate about

interior design, fit-out, and design & build projects

, with a strong network in the UAE market.

Responsibilities



Generate new leads and bring

interior design, fit-out, joinery, and landscaping projects

to the company. Build and maintain strong relationships with

clients, developers, brokers, consultants, and business owners

. Promote Maklad Design's

end-to-end (A-Z) design and execution services

. Arrange client meetings and support the management team in

closing deals

. Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a

healthy sales pipeline

.

Requirements



Female candidates only

. Minimum

3+ years of sales experience in the UAE

. Proven background or strong interest in

interior design, fit-out, real estate, or construction

. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

. Highly self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented. Must have an

existing network

or a strong ability to build one. Experience in bringing projects to previous companies is a strong advantage.
